Consolidated Aggregates Primer 100 is a premixed EVA bonding agent designed to improve adhesion between concrete overlay mixes and properly prepared substrates. It can be used before applying products such as Pro Bond Ultra, SwiftSet Self Leveler, Wall Mix, Stamp Mix, and Smooth Coat.
Primer 100 can be applied to stable concrete as well as properly prepared painted or sealed concrete, masonry, plaster, drywall, glass, glazed tile, Styrofoam, and other difficult substrates.
