Consolidated Aggregates CPR Concrete Patch & Repair is a high-performance, fast-setting repair mix designed for restoring damaged concrete in residential and commercial applications. Its no-shrink, polymerized hydraulic and Portland cement formulation provides strong bonding without requiring a primer and can be troweled onto vertical and overhead concrete surfaces.
CPR can be applied at thicknesses ranging from 1/8 inch to 2 inches and develops approximately 5,000-6,000 PSI. The material has an average working time of about 15 minutes with an approximate 30-minute initial cure, making it well suited for concrete repairs where a fast-setting, durable repair material is needed.
Common applications include repairing concrete spalling, loading docks, curbing, foundations, and retaining walls, as well as concrete patching, doweling, and anchoring. CPR can be applied over a dampened concrete surface and used as a vertical top coat or horizontal base coat, providing flexibility for a variety of concrete repair projects.
Packaged in a 50 lb gray bag, CPR is a practical option for larger concrete repair and restoration projects where more material is required. Coverage varies by application thickness, with approximately 24 sq. ft. at 1/4 inch, 12 sq. ft. at 1/2 inch, 6 sq. ft. at 1 inch, and 3 sq. ft. at 2 inches.
